Where Aeromedical Innovation Meets Opportunity
The Aeromedical Asia 2027 Exhibition brings together organisations, technologies and services supporting the complete critical-care transport journey from the hospital and ground ambulance to the aircraft and receiving medical facility.
Designed as a focused specialist exhibition, the event provides an opportunity for industry professionals to discover new solutions, build partnerships and connect directly with organisations operating across aeromedical, emergency medical services, healthcare and aviation.
Who Should Exhibit
The exhibition welcomes medical technology and equipment companies, ambulance manufacturers and providers, air ambulance operators, hospitals, aviation companies, medical assistance organisations, insurers, patient transport specialists, training organisations and other critical-care transport solution providers.
Visitors will be able to explore critical-care equipment, transport ventilators, patient monitoring systems, stretchers and patient-loading solutions, ambulance technology, aircraft medical configurations and other innovations supporting safer patient transport.
With exhibition spaces intentionally limited, Aeromedical Asia 2027 is designed to create a quality-focused environment where exhibitors can engage with a relevant professional audience rather than simply compete for attention in a large general exhibition.

EXHIBITION CATEGORY & ALLOCATION POLICY
Aeromedical Asia 2027 is committed to maintaining a balanced, diverse and professionally relevant exhibition environment that provides fair visibility and opportunity for participating organisations.
To maintain an appropriate industry mix, the Organiser reserves the right to limit the number of exhibitors operating within the same or substantially similar product or service category.
Applications involving related companies, associated brands, distributors, corporate groups or organisations representing substantially similar products or services may be reviewed together for exhibition planning and allocation purposes.
The Organiser may also limit multiple booth allocations involving the same company, corporate group, distributor or related commercial interest where necessary to prevent excessive concentration within any single commercial category.
Final booth allocation will be determined based on available space, confirmed participation, industry relevance, venue configuration, safety requirements, operational considerations and the overall exhibition mix.
No exhibitor, distributor, brand or commercial group will receive category exclusivity unless such exclusivity has been expressly agreed and confirmed in writing by the Organiser.
The purpose of this policy is to support fair access, industry diversity and a professionally curated exhibition platform for all participants.
Existing signed exhibition bookings remain subject to their original agreed booking terms, fees and payment obligations. This policy does not amend, replace or cancel any existing signed booking or invoice.
Final exhibition category classification and booth allocation will be determined by the Organiser in accordance with this policy, available space, venue requirements and the overall exhibition mix.
Limited exhibition spaces available.
