Aeromedical Asia 2027 is being designed as more than a conference and more than an exhibition. Our proposed layout brings the conference, exhibition, networking, aviation and live demonstration experience together within one integrated aeromedical environment.
At the heart of the event will be a carefully curated exhibition featuring 20 exhibition spaces, positioned to maximise interaction with conference delegates, trade visitors, industry partners and fellow exhibitors.
The 300-delegate Conference Theatre is planned as a separate, acoustically managed environment, allowing professional conference sessions to take place without unnecessary disturbance from exhibition activity.
During scheduled conference breaks, networking periods and live demonstration sessions, delegates will naturally transition into the exhibition area — creating valuable opportunities for exhibitors to present their capabilities, build relationships and engage directly with decision-makers and industry professionals.
The proposed environment will also incorporate an aircraft display zone, live patient-transfer demonstration area, networking and catering spaces, meeting areas and dedicated partner activations.
For trade visitors, the exhibition provides an opportunity to discover solutions, meet industry organisations, experience the aviation environment and observe selected live demonstrations without disrupting the professional conference programme.
