Aeromedical Asia 2027 is an international conference and exhibition dedicated to advancing the future of aeromedical and critical-care transport across Asia.

Taking place on 17–18 February 2027 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the inaugural edition will bring together the professionals, organisations and technologies involved throughout the critical-care patient journey from the hospital and ground ambulance to the aircraft and receiving medical facility.

Under the theme “Where Aviation Meets Critical Care,” Aeromedical Asia 2027 creates a focused platform connecting aeromedical physicians, flight nurses, paramedics, emergency and critical-care professionals, hospitals, air ambulance operators, ground ambulance services, aviation organisations, medical assistance companies and medical technology providers.

Across two days, participants will experience a combination of expert-led conference sessions, panel discussions, specialist forums, industry exhibitions, professional networking and live aeromedical demonstrations designed to encourage practical knowledge exchange and stronger collaboration between healthcare and aviation.

Unlike a general healthcare or aviation exhibition, Aeromedical Asia is built around one specialised mission: the safe, coordinated and effective movement of critically ill and injured patients.

From clinical decision-making and fit-to-fly assessment to aircraft operations, critical-care equipment, flight nursing, international medical repatriation and the ground-to-air interface, the programme will explore the complete ecosystem behind modern patient transport.

The inaugural edition marks the beginning of a platform with a long-term ambition — to strengthen connections across the Asian aeromedical community, encourage regional collaboration and contribute to the continued advancement of critical-care transport.
